Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Obnold Pte Ltd ("Obnold", "we", "us") collects through this website today, and how it's used. It covers only what is currently implemented — we'll update it as the site changes.

Information we collect

When you submit the "Start a Project" form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), service interest, budget range, timeline (optional), and any project details you include in the message field (optional).

We also automatically capture UTM parameters and the referrer URL from your visit at the time you submit the form, so we can understand how you found us.

We do not currently collect any other personal information through this website.

Where it's stored

Submitted form data is stored in a Postgres database operated by Obnold. We don't use a third-party form or CRM provider to collect or process this data today.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your project inquiry and follow up about the request you submitted. When configured, a new inquiry also triggers an internal email notification to our team so we can respond promptly. We don't use this information for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Third-party services

Spam and abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) for our forms is planned but not yet implemented. Website analytics (Google Analytics and Search Console) are also planned but not yet active. We'll update this policy, and add a cookie consent mechanism where required, before any of these go live — see our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently set any cookies or tracking technology beyond what's strictly necessary for the site to function. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication with you.

Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, the information we hold about you by emailing info@obnold.com.
